Blogger is one of the first programs I used in this course and also one of the ones I most frequent. It's easy to use and easy to network with in the way of having followers and somewhat interactive in the fact people can leave comments beneath your posts, but how valuable is it as an education tool?
I believe the value of this tool in terms of learning and teaching lies is quite limited to reflective and opinion based writing. Having feedback in the form of comments only is a bonus, in my opinion, as opposed to the way Wikis operate.
One of my major criticisms of this tool is it's limited application for any well researched, quality papers. It's inability for users to take advantage of the copy and paste function means that content must be written on the spot, right there and then and this makes it somewhat annoying.
